Stay for a little or stay for a while at Percy's Beach House in Jan Juc. Percy's was recently acquired (November 2016) and has been set up to perfectly accommodate 2 families.

The town of Jan Juc is nestled at the start of the Great Ocean road between Torquay and Bells Beach and 16km from Anglesea. Home of some of Australia’s best surfing beaches not to mention spectacular cliffs, rock formations and walking trails.

This 5 bedroom home is located in a very quiet street and has been well designed with holidays and large families in mind and is only a 10 min stroll from the surf club and patrolled beach where beautiful walking trails head either to Torquay or via the cliff tops all the way through to Bells beach. It's a short stroll to the Jan Juc town centre and the iconic Bells Beach and Torquay town centre is just a 5 min drive away. The RACV Club and golf course is at the end of the street!

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, games room, bathroom, laundry and a large open living area (TV/DVD) opening onto a large deck, and a large grassed backyard, securely fenced 8 seater spa, and outside games areas with netball ring, table tennis and darts. The games room has a large supply of board games.

Upstairs can be an "adults oasis" with two more bedrooms (main with WIR and ensuite), and second large open living area, complete withTV, books, front and back balconies (south/northfacing) with ocean views. The balconies provide lovely cool ocean breezes in the warmer months.

Whether it's relaxing in the sun, reading a book on the couch, playing games with family and friends, cliff top & beach walks, swimming and surfing, or all of the above, Percy's Beach House will suit your needs.

Percy's Beach House has ducted heating, ceiling fans and a modern kitchen and appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The kitchen has plenty of crockery, glassware, utensils, coffee & tea, sugar, spices and oils. All for our guests' convenience.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer with a 2nd fridge and direct access to the backyard.

Undercover surfboard and wet suit racks supplied for easy storage of your gear.

Can sleep 10+ people (maximum of 6 adults) with the following configuration;

Main upstairs bedroom 1 = Queen bed
Upstairs bedroom 2 = Queen bed
Downstairs bedroom 3 = Queen bed
Downstairs bedroom 4 = 1 x bunk bed
Downstairs bedroom 5 = 2 x bunk beds
