Newly remodeled & excellent location!

We stayed in the newly built and furnished Franklin vacation rental and had a great time with Family. The unit was spacious and tastefully decorated along with the interior porch allowed lots of light to enter while also giving us a fresh air sitting area! The underground parking made it easy for us and provided easy access to elevator. The rooftop garden provided incredible panorama views of Savannah! Management was easy to work with and very responsive,. Highly recommend!

The Franklin House was absolutely beautiful!! My friends and I enjoyed the view from the rooftop garden with a bottle of wine. A perfect location!! The cleanliness is impeccable from the lobby throughout the entire building. This company is so easy to do business with. A hiccup during our visit and they were on top of making sure things were right for us.. I can’t wait until my next visit! Donna!

Old world charm mixed with modern touches. Absolutely loved the roof patio and gathering room. Luxury bathrooms for all bedrooms. Attention to details down to classic furniture beautiful wall coverings and gorgeous claw foot tub. Generously stocked kitchen for creating a memorable family dinner or just for two. Money was not spared on high end appliances and high definition tv s throughout. Also great location and Private garage was beyond fantastic in pay parking capital. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and charming!

This unit was exactly as pictured! It was stunning, clean, and charming. On the top-most floor there is a shared common area, with its own kitchen, living room, and outside rooftop patio with comfy chairs and a fireplace- which we particularly enjoyed. The location was excellent. We loved the adorable coffee shop downstairs. Located in the historic distance and walking distance to the ferry, grand homes, Forsyth park, and many great food and drink options. Management was available by phone and highly responsive. The only thing that was missing from our experience was tea packet and coffee grounds since the unit did have a kettle and coffee maker, but that is just minor feedback to make this excellent stay even better. Our group would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is furnished to perfection, the bathrooms are spacious and I loved having rooms with twin beds for easier sleeping arrangements. The garage parking is a definite plus. And the rooftop garden is the perfect place to spend the morning. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! The property manager was very responsive to our needs and checked in on us to make sure we were happy.
