The Space
This 1,000+ sq. ft. cabin offers a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Big Bear. For some friendly competition, enjoy a game of foosball or challenge each other on the Pac-Man arcade. Board games and card games offer even more ways to spend time together. The kitchen and dining area make meals at the cabin easy, with plenty of room for the group to gather.

Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air in the fenced backyard with patio seating and a propane BBQ.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Cabin is nice and amenities were good. The heater constantly needs to be reset to turn on. The pillows for the bed are horrible, we bought pillows while in town. Something that can’t be controlled but people should know is that the neighbors are loud and party.

Tipsy Grizzly Cabin

We had a nice stay, and the cabin was very cute inside as promised. All the appliances worked very well. The wall heater kept the place cozy & warm. The pac-man game was so much fun. A few issues ... The electronic lock wasn't always secure; sometimes, deadbolt didn't go fully into the slot and reversed. The dishwasher was loose and tipped forward when open with pulled-out racks. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing weekend.
