Nestled on the slope above Whistler Creekside, Gondola Village is one of Whistler’s original ski vacation spots. Many guests enjoy the property’s location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village, yet still extremely convenient to the Creekside Gondola, and the many shops and restaurants of Creekside Village.

Gondola Village #2 is perched atop a small bluff and is accessed via a series of stairways totaling 66 steps to the front door. Once there, the property is situated all on one level and has been fully renovated. The décor tactfully combines a traditional Whistler ski cabin feel with many modern accents and showcases beautiful photography from around the Whistler Valley. The open-plan living area features a compact, yet modern and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart T.V. and gas fireplace, a foldaway dining table and some bar seating on the kitchen island. The comfortable bedroom is accented with natural wood and barnboard and houses a Queen-sized bed and washer dryer. The modular sofa in the living area is also a cleverly designed pullout bed which creates an additional sleeping area. The updated bathroom has a rain-shower and radiant heated flooring which stretches out into the entry area. There is plenty of room to store skis and dry ski gear and this condo truly does offer guests most of the conveniences of home.

Gondola Village #2 comes with free parking and complimentary wireless internet and is the perfect property for visitors who are keen to ski every day and return to a cozy and comfortable property to relax in the evening.

Great father/daughter trip

It was very comfortable for the two of us and very convenient to the slopes. We got dumped on by snow (thankfully) but we had no issues getting through it on walkways or roads. Kitchen was well appointed though we did have to google how to operate the kitchen range since we weren’t familiar with the brand or its icons. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Whistler!
