While secluded, you won’t be far from hotspots such as Yosemite Valley offering several local restaurants to give you a break from meal prep and planning. The drive to the park is as scenic as they come, and you’ll want to stop off along the way for photo ops of the sweeping views.

Stepping through the front door you’ll find the comfortable living room with a plush L-shaped sofa and TV creating the perfect environment for spending your downtime. Light up the gas fireplace to warm up the space and create a cozy ambiance for a movie night. The eat-in kitchen offers all the comforts from home, with full-sized appliances, drip coffee maker, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware should you decide to whip up delicious meals at home. Enjoy your meals seated together at the dining table with room for 4 or al fresco on the covered patio with room for 6. A grill is also available to assist you in preparing a homestyle barbeque lunch while taking in the views of the scenic backdrop.

Yosemite is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering a variety of activities and attractions. Yosemite West gives you the rare chance to stay within the park in a vacation home!
Two of the most popular things to do in Yosemite are hiking and photography. There are several easily accessed trails, a short distance away, so you can easily explore the park's many natural wonders. If you're looking for a more challenging hike, you can try the Mist Trail, which leads to Vernal and Nevada Falls. If you’re not into hiking, there are still plenty of other things to do such as fishing, biking, or swimming. You can also visit the Yosemite Museum, which has exhibits on the park's history and natural features; or the Ansel Adams Gallery to view historic original photos and more.
