Our ZEN 1 bedroom suite designed with Grace + Love

Welcome to our charming, cozy 1 bedroom suite with private bath and kitchen, our guests always compliment us about how peaceful our suite is...We have equipped this suite with love and grace, lots of thoughtful add-ons to create an authentic HOME away from HOME atmosphere. Our 500 sqft ground floor has been recently renovated, it has lots of light, and a big 200sqft patio to enjoy the garden. this suite has a separate entrance, a total of 700 sqft exclusively dedicated to our guests. Centrally located in the beautiful, quiet Eagle Ridge Neighbourhood, 10 min away from Coquitlam Centre Mall and skytrain.

The suite has:
Gas fireplace, work desk
Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances
Expandable Sofa bed (double) in living room
Queen size bed
TV, smart box, unlimited internet
Lots of street parking

We are a pet and smoke free household, one of our children is severely allergic to both, if you smoke please do not book our property. No parties allowed.
Our house is smoke free, pet free environment.

We love our planet therefore we only use eco friendly, biodegradable, bleach free, animal cruelty free cleaning supplies. We only use eco friendly soaps.
This suite is ideal for a single family, max 2 adults 1 child.
This suite (from previous experience) is not ideal for "out of town noisy rendez vous", our kids live upstairs with us, please be respectful.

Gabriela was a super host. She greeted me personally and explained how everything worked and where everything was. When I had difficulty with the remote control and the TV, she came down immediately to help me. It was a simple problem of the batteries. The VRBO is super cute and cozy. Everything is clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. For me, the location was ideal. I will stay here again when I am in the area!

A Cozy Little Place

A great stay close to Eagle Ridge Hospital

We needed a walk in entry stay close to the hospital and this was just the ticket. Ella is a wonderful and gracious host very kind and accommodating. We were extremely pleased with how close it was to the hospital and how easy it was to gain access on crutches. It is well equipped and a nice home away from home.

We have equipped our suite with everything that you may need to make you feel at home away from home and to allow you to focus your energy on exploring & having fun in your travels. We live in the suite upstairs, sorry no parties at all. If you smoke or you have pets, we are not the right household for you, severe allergies don't allow us to host you.

Why they chose this property

Eagle Ridge is a quiet, family orientated, safe neighbourhood. We have being fortunate to have had guests from 18 to 80 from all over the world and they all enjoyed our little, cozy suite. people who came to visit family, to be close to an Eagle Ridge Secondary student, or to just discover Vancouver.

What makes this property unique

The suite has access to a beautiful garden, in the 3 seasons we have lots of flowers and non GMO vegetables. We encourage our guests to pick some fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots and many spices for their delicious green salads. We compost all food, nothing goes to waste in our house. Our garden is irrigated with water from rain barrels, no chemicals in it!
We strictly comply by City of Coquitlam Short Rental guidelines, no noise, no more than 2 guests or single family, please do not request rentals over 29 days.
