Several boats provided: 14 foot aluminium rowing boat with motor, canoe, pedal boat and kayak. The most beautiful view of the lake, you will think you are spending your holiday on a boat. Beautiful authentic cottage directly on the water's edge located in a completely private domain with no neighbors, located on a point in the large dimension of the lake, with more than 1000 feet of frontage on the water. The interior all in natural wood, with cathedral ceiling and mezzanine. Located in the beautiful region of the Upper Laurentians, in the village of Kiamika, at Grand Lac François (navigable), about 20 min. from Mont-Laurier. Where distance makes all the difference.<br>The house welcomes you with its very warm interior, a boat ramp is at your disposal<br>Breathtaking view of the lake with all its abundant windows.<br><br>In addition, the fishing is excellent (walleye, bass, pike, yellow perch, muskellunge (autumn), bullhead etc.
