The place was nice and clean. Would definitely be a nice place in the summer. After booking on Vrbo….you will get 15 texts and emails and will need to sign a renters agreement along with 2 more steps to identify yourself. It seemed a bit much and way too much to read which made me feel like I was going to miss something. It was nice but I probably won’t book though this company again because of all the steps it took to actually book.

Awesome resort!

Our family spent a few days at Knot For Reel and had a wonderful time together. The house was perfect and the pool was nice for all ages of our grandchildren. The fire pit and s'mores were nice. The new property manager and his Wife were very nice to visit with. I would recommend this resort to others.

Boat house was nice also.Only real issue we had was we had issue the 3rd floor air onditioner with 2 days left in our stay and there was no urgency to fix it.We had to move people down to the first and se and floor to be cool enough at night. Swimming pool probably needs to be bigger also. LD

Branson Family Vacation

Rent Branson staff went out of their way to accommodate us after we had some problems with our other reservations with another company. The unit was VERY centrally located and had great access to the lake. The swimming pool was close enough where we could watch the smaller kids and still sit on the back deck. Grounds were well maintained and the tree house, play ground, horseshoes and sand volleyball court was right there close.

Great three night stay in Branson Close to Silver Dollar City

My family and my brothers family from Texas stayed at this property for three nights over Spring Break to allow the cousins to spend time together. Not sure if there was an issue with our original booking but the property managers unexpectedly bumped us up to a larger property with all of the same amenities (and a pool table!) which made our stay excellent. They also prepped fires closer to the lake for us to make s’mores on almost every night which was an added bonus that we didn’t have to mess with trying to start a fire in the fire pit (and keep it going) ourselves. Very pleased with our stay and compliments to the management company for making the last minute change as non-disruptive as possible for our families.

We've stayed at Branson Shores Resort many times before and have always been happy. The new ownership has changed that. The air conditioner went out in Knot For Reel. It was very hot in the house. We were told to flip the breaker. The breaker box was in a locked closet! A new one was installed in the loft but that took several hours and they disturbed people trying to sleep. The ice machine was empty after about our second day there and never refilled. Several people in our family had prepaid for ice, putting $20 in and not getting that in ice. Several toilet seats are loose. The water pressure in the showers in both houses was awful. Definitely not four star worthy. When we needed help there were numbers on the refrigerator, numbers in the contract and numbers on the website to call, but it was difficult to know who was in charge. We were basically told “not my responsibility” when trying to find out about the ice supply. When Kenny was there, we immediately got help with whatever we needed.

Perfect!

Knot for Reel is a charming play on words, and the perfect name for this idyllic lake cabin in one of Branson's most convenient locations. Every detail of this property, both inside and out, has been thoughtfully considered. The cabin is spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well-stocked. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare full meals for large groups, including plenty of plates, silverware, small appliances, and even a variety of spices and paper products. The propane grill was spotless (something I've never seen at a rental before) and there was even an extra propane tank available! Each bedroom is generously sized with ample closet and drawer space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and plenty of extra linens were provided. Even the kids' bunk beds were roomy and outfitted with high-quality mattresses. While this is technically a lake cabin, it truly feels more like a luxury retreat. There are books, games, and TVs in every bedroom, though we never turned them on because there was just so much else to do! Just steps outside the cabin, you'll find pickleball courts, a large fire pit, a treehouse with swings, sand volleyball, and a resort-style pool. The facilities are beautifully maintained; we even noticed the sand was raked each morning, and stacks of split firewood were neatly arranged along the fence for guest use at the fire pits. Nothing felt overcrowded, and the entire property had a peaceful, respectful atmosphere. Just a short walk from the cabin is the dock, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. It's stocked with plenty of kayaks and paddleboards for all ages and skill levels, and the lily pad attached to the dock was a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). Knot for Reel was the perfect vacation spot and accommodated my family beautifully. There's something for everyone here, and we can't wait to return and make even more unforgettable memories.

Our family had 5 couples and 3 children and the space was more than enough. The view out the back door of villa #13 is green space, a fireplace, the pool, the volleyball pit, and the beautiful treehouse with swings. And right around the corner is the basketball court. Years ago, we stayed in a lodge facing the lake and I like this villa location even better, especially if you have active kids. The decor is relaxing, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. The third floor sleeps 7 and is a great area for the kids; it even has its own bathroom. The villa has a washer, dryer, iron, and in each bathroom - a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and ample towels. The villa was very clean, as is the entire resort. The dock always had someone to assist us, and the resort has someone you can reach all day for personal needs or to report any situations. This resort is very close to Silver Dollar City and to the Branson strip, which is another reason I highly recommend staying here. It's also very close - by boat - to Table Rock State Park and to the Branson Belle Showboat. Lastly, our vacation week was a HOT one and the A/C worked perfectly!

Amazing Week

We had a blast this week at Branson Shores Resort. The house, resort and Dan the Man, were amazing. The house had everything we needed, was a great location close to the pool and the lake, and Dan was always available and willing to help us with any random requests. We kayaked and fished in the mornings, swam in the lake and pool, and rented a boat one day. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!! Best VRBO property on Table Rock Lake with direct shoreline access.

We had a perfect family vacation at Branson Shores. This particular unit sits right behind the volleyball court and pool, which I thought was going to be loud but it ended up being perfect with our grandkids. The little ones loved playing in the sand and the teenagers and adults loved playing a game or two of volleyball. Kenny (property manager) does an amazing job taking care of everyone's needs and bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. This is an ideal property on Table Rock Lake with easy access to the lake, a great pool area, entertainment most nights including music, treats for the kids and lit firepits to sit around. The unit itself was a perfect layout for our family. We had room for everyone and it never felt crowded. The only thing I would recommend is more dining chairs to accommodate all the guests in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean and adequately furnished. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location to stay in Branson with large Texas family!

All the reviews I read about this rental are true. The kids had their own bedroom on third floor, parents had their own floor and we had a bedroom on first floor. Plenty of room, large kitchen that had everything I needed to prepare meals if needed. Kenny, was great! He had our fire started for us when we arrived back to the Villa for family night around the campfire for s’mores. The next day we called and he had our pontoon bout ready for us to take a sunset cruise on the lake. We will definitely be coming back to Branson Shores in the future.
