NEW Family Holiday Home backing onto the river! Table Tennis table! Sleeps 13

New to the holiday rental market in Bundalong, this 4 year old home on 1,321 Sq Mtrs backs onto native bushland with direct access to the Murray River by way of kayak, paddle board or smaller boats.

The property comfortably sleeps 13 with five bedrooms. Three of the five bedrooms have Queen Beds, and the master bedroom has a King Bed with full ensuite. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunks, one of them including a double bed,

The property has two separate indoor living areas with a north facing outdoor undercover area overlooking the beautiful Murray River. A separate study area with built in desk also ensures that work/study can be undertaken away from the main living area..

The property has ducted evaporative cooling, ducted gas heating and all furniture, bedding and appliances in the house are new. The property will be available from early December.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. First impression was very happy with how presentable and clean the property was. We were initially considering a motel but so glad we went this option instead. It so spacious and the fact that it's fully equipped meant we were able to save a fortune in take away food costs. We would gladly stay at this propery again and recommend it to others. The host Hayley was also very friendly and helpful. She took time out to make sure we were happy with everything once our stay commenced. Thanks again..

Why they chose this property

Located so close to the boat ramp means easy access to launch into the river. Our property also backs onto the river so provides easy access for smaller water vessels.

What makes this property unique

The property is fully equiped with all the kitchen appliances you could imagine. Kitchen Aid Mixer, Kitchen Aid Blender, Kitchen Aid Toaster and Kettle. We have a rice cooker, pressure cooker, toaster maker, coffee machine and Kitchen Aid mini chopper also. We have Good quality knives!

What makes our property truely unique though is all the fresh fruit grown on our land. Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Apples, Avocados along with citrus fruits and Figs. You are welcome to enjoy our fruit but, please respect our property at the same time and only take what you can eat whilst staying in our home
