Soldiers Point comprising of fine dining restaurants including Rick Stein which is part of Bannisters and Restaurant 2317 and The Deck restaurant located at Soldiers Point Marina which are all only a 3-minute drive away. The popular Nelson Bay main street, boasting clothing boutiques, variety of restaurants, cafes and clubs is less than a 15-minute drive.

This spectacular Soldiers Point home is located in one of the most sought after, quiet residential streets on the peninsula. Walking through the front door of Vista, you will instantly be mesmerised by the stunning views, elegance, and bright and welcoming feel.

On the entry level is the hub of the property, this is where you will find the expansive kitchen, dining, and main living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to let the natural breeze flow through and abundance of natural light fill the room. The living area has a wall mounted Smart TV and comfortable stylish furnishings, split system air conditioner and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony with incredible water views.

Slide open the doors, enjoy a drink, and appreciate the ideal nor-east facing position looking over the water. There is also a courtyard with alfresco dining facilities, this area is the perfect canvas for relaxation and socialising. With Port Stephens recognised for lovely fresh produce and seafood, the home’s alfresco dining space has everything you need to curate and experience a delicious feast for the family on the gas BBQ.

The kitchen features a load of bench space to prepare meals, induction cooking, dishwasher, and a family size fridge/ freezer - you can immediately imagine enjoying a glass of wine whilst you soak in the atmosphere as you cook and converse with your guests. The 10-person dining area is strategically placed in front of the large glass windows and doors that draw cooling breezes and water views.

At the front of the property, you’ll find the opulent master suite, comprising of a king bed, walk-through robe, split system air conditioner, and spacious ensuite, the spacious ensuite includes a shower, single vanity, and toilet. The master suite has access to the courtyard and is complete with water views. To your right is bedroom 2 and has a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.

On the upper level there is also a fully equipped laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, shower and powder room with toilet and vanity.

Descend the timber railed stairs to the bottom floor where you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, second living area and kitchenette. The first bedroom to the right (bedroom 4 consists of a queen bed, built-in robe and joint ensuite with bedroom 5, bedroom 5 has 2 long single beds and a walk-in robe – there is an ensuite situated between these two bedrooms and provides a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and single vanity.

Bedroom 3 holds a King bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and access to the balcony. The main downstairs bathroom has a kid’s bath with shower above, toilet and single vanity.
