Recently renovated with amazing water views and perfectly north-east aspect so you can wake up to the stunning sunrises from the master bedroom.

Upstairs is the light filled spacious open plan living area with split system air conditioning and large flat screen TV. The living area opens out to the large undercover deck with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the gorgeous water views.

Stunning fully equipped, brand new kitchen with quality appliances, Miele dishwasher, loads of bench space with the Caesar-stone island bench, complete cooking facilities with under bench oven and family size fridge / freezer.

Five bedrooms in total with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan, there is also a self-contained area downstairs with kitchenette and second living area. The main bathroom has a child’s bath/ shower, toilet, and vanity.

Lovely enclosed backyard with gardens, outdoor shower, and the bonus of the cubby house, this will keep the kids entertained for hours.

Please note there is a $500 security deposit required prior to arrival.

Great place for a summer holiday
Great place to stay, check in was easy, the house was clean and tidy. Nice new kitchen, lavazza coffee pods for the coffee machine were a bit hard to find although found in 1 of the large supermarkets. No storage in downstairs queen bedroom was a bit of a pain, and a weekly recycling pick up would have been good which I believe can be arranged through council by the owner/agent. Overall a great place that easily accommodated our families.

Good location, but the good things end there
Quite a few cockroaches spotted on the last 2 days. Maggots on the rubbish bin. CCTV cameras outside the property. A bedroom the size of a wardrobe with low ceilings. Showers way too small. Long story short, didn’t enjoy the stay very much.
