Spread across three levels, this spacious, modern beach house is designed for relaxation and unforgettable memories. With multiple living areas and a stunning rooftop terrace offering panoramic water views, Cloud Nine has everything you need for a perfect escape.
Take a dip in the heated in-ground pool, lounge on the spacious tiled pool beach area, and enjoy the lush reserve just behind the house. Plus, two breathtaking white sand beaches are just a short 2 minute stroll away.
Cloud Nine is built to bring families and friends together, offering the ideal space to unwind and reconnect, far from the hustle and bustle.

Inside the House: Step into the light-filled main living area featuring beautiful timber floors, large glass windows, and crisp white walls. With Uniqwa furnishings, a cozy fireplace, ceiling fans, and air conditioning, this space offers comfort year-round. A 65-inch smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and all the modern conveniences will make you feel right at home.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms. For those who prefer easy access, the 5th bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen bed and a separate bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find the king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to a middle-level balcony where the sea breeze flows through. The main bathroom features a freestanding bath and separate shower, with a toilet and vanity. A separate toilet & vanity also on this level.
There’s also a second living area upstairs with a smart TV and DVD player for added relaxation.
Outdoor Living: The outdoor area flows beautifully from the dining space and features a BBQ, sink, fridge, and ceiling fans – perfect for dining al fresco. Enjoy a meal while overlooking the heated pool (during winter months only) and lush reserve.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, family-size fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. Bi-fold sliding windows open up to the alfresco area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. An internal laundry with a washer and dryer is also available for guest use.
Extra Touches: Park in the double garage and step into your private resort-like retreat. With thoughtful extras like a picnic basket, beach umbrella, outdoor tennis table, kayak, paddleboard, and more, you’ll find everything you need for fun and relaxation. Plus, there are two Nespresso machines (one in the main kitchen and one on the rooftop) and complimentary coffee, tea, and condiments.
Please be mindful to respect our Neighbour’s and Port Stephens Council's Noise Restrictions. Noise travels, particularly from the rooftop at night and we wish you an amazing stay with no complaints. We really appreciate your consideration on this matter.

House was amazing! The kids had an absolute blast! There was a cupboard FULL of games, toys and activities for the kids.
Other than the floors being quite dirty, rest of the house was spotless. Would definitely stay again!
