Woodlands Waterside Retreat
Just a short stroll to Lake Mulwala and Hogan's Boat Ramp just over 1 km away.
Family friendly, pet friendly 3-bedroom home, open plan living.
Please note that this house is located in a residential area, and loud music is not permitted past 11pm.
Full kitchen with dishwasher and Delonghi coffee pod machine.
Bedroom 1 has King bed, walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 1 x double and 1 x single.
The huge 6-seater chaise also has a built-in sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests.
Enjoy those Summer days by the inground salt chlorinated pool.
Covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and dining table.
Side access and garage access for boats. Please note *no access shedding at the rear.
The kids and pets can play safely in the fully fenced house yard.
Heating and cooling by ducted evaporative cooling, ducted gas heating, log wood heater, split system heating /cooling.
Access to garage and plenty of parking area to the side of the house.
Maximum of 2 pets welcome. You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. *Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property*
Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga.
WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.
