*** Beachfront luxury apartment *** Condominium Pelican Reef in Corcega beach, Rincon. The best Ocean views from your own balcony! Modern furniture and well decorated apartment. Fixtures in S.S. , wine cooler, granite counter tops and back splash in the entire Kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen.

Bathrooms with marble and granite tops, moldings, curtains, shutters and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Two (2) T.V's one 70' in the living room and one 46' in the master bedroom, all with premium cable TV channels and Blue-Ray Players. Wi-Fi in all the apartment, iPod/iPhone dock BOSE sound system. Two (2) Queen size beds
Two (2) swimming pool,two (2) gazebos with BBQ Water tank, electric generator, 2 elevators and access control.

For your convenience the apartment have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a portable cooler.

Great location, very responsive and accommodating host, convenient parking, clean living quarters in a well maintained building with a quiet location. Gated entrance ensures only authorized entry to the grounds. Pools and barbecue area are on premises and beach is steps away.

I stayed in at Pelican Reef before, but at a smaller unit. This other one was perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and majestuosity of the views. You don't need to go anywhere. This place has it all and the host is "Johnny on the spot" if you need anything anytime. Already reserved my next visit. Can't wait!

Winter Getaway

Very good base to spend a week enjoying Eastern PR. A perfect ocean view from the balcony and one bedroom. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated and equipped, though it is missing a dishwasher. The grounds are great with uncrowded pool area and a lovely little beach area.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed in this condo for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our few questions. The accommodations are clean, decorated tastefully, have wonderful water views and well maintained grounds and pools. A sandy beach is adjacent and accessible and the water is calm and warm. Good for all ages to swim. Good security in and around the property. Easy drive to center of town and good places to eat. We would certainly return.

First Rate Option in Rincon

Very well appointed, comfortable 2/2 with a view of the Caribbean Sea. Quiet location, accessible to local restaurants, bars, and beaches. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it won't be our last. Highly recommended.
