Modern and Comfortable House for 7 people
Very beautiful town house of 120 m² recently built, spacious, comfortable, quiet, located 5 minutes from Montereau-Fault-Yonne, 18 minutes from the Varenne-sur-Seine leisure center, and 27 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau.
Equipped with fiber, close to all amenities, many home delivery services are also available.
The city is served by public transport and is approximately 1 hour from Paris Gare de Lyon.
Easy parking, private parking in front of the house.

The house can accommodate 7 people
On the ground floor:
- A large living room with two sofas, flat screen TV, Wifi Internet and TV decoder available
- A large fitted and fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine.
- Dining room
- Bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet
- A washing machine is at your disposal
- A dryer machine is at your disposal
Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms: 1 king size bed with dressing room + 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
- Bathroom with a bathtub, toilet
