Minimalistic and spacious home in your suburbs! Perfect for group trips and getaways. Our home is minutes from Ajax’s Casino and several other entertainment facilities (Lakeridge Ski site etc.) !

Newly renovated double garage door home with 6 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. We provide a smart lock for our home to give our guests the convenience of access. Additionally, our home has a full security camera set (by the garage doors and backyard deck area) + a doorbell camera to guarantee our guests’ safety within our home and during their stay.

The main floor has a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, and several other essential appliances (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle). Additionally, we provide full dinnerware (bowls, plates, etc.), drink-ware (glass cups, wine glasses, mugs, etc.), full utensils (spoons, forks, knives, etc.), full knife set, as well as a full cookware set. We have two options for dining space; you can use our 84x38 inch island located in our fully finished kitchen with three comfortable black-leather stool chairs, or we also provide a dining room with a 6-seat dining table.

Additionally, the main living room area offers a cozy sofa + a comfy throw blanket, and a 4K HD projector that includes a fire stick! Moreover, our basement includes another smaller living room with a mini bar with a Frigidaire beverage fridge.

Additionally, we also provide a solid isolated office space that is across from the living room. Our pure fibre Bell 5G internet modem is located within the office so you have the best speed and connection when working.

Moving on, the bathrooms include all the necessities such as towels (hand towels, bath towels, and face towels), hand soap, body wash and shampoo, blow dryer, and disposable toothbrush with toothpaste.

As for bedrooms, they all include a small bedside table with a lamp. The beds will all have comfy blankets, soft microfibre bedsheets, and two pillows.

Finally, if you need a little breather from the indoors, our backyard is fully fenced with a wooden deck connected to the kitchen. During the summer season, you can see the beautiful sunset with ascetic colourful clouds on the deck.

Guests can access all the parts of the house and use all the amenities provided. For instance, our 5G WIFI, appliances, electronics, etc. Additionally, guests will have access to our smart lock. We will provide the passcode for guests before check-ins.

However, guests will not have access to our locked doors within the property. So please don’t try to break or open the locked doors.
