Nestled at the back of a quiet 3 unit complex this property is perfect for a family beachside holiday. Containing comfortable and tasteful furniture throughout, this modern townhouse is located directly over the road from Umina`s beachfront.
Take an easy five-minute walk to shops and cafes or sit on the back deck and soak in the peace and quiet.
Master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and TV.
Bedrooms 2 has a queen bed and a single bunk bed and ceiling fan.
*Open plan living space with TV ample seating and split system air conditioning
*Modern kitchen with electric cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and dining for 4
*Covered outdoor patio flows from the living area with BBQ and seating for 4
*Floorboards in living area, carpeted bedrooms, both beds with ceiling fans
*Located in secured complex, opposite the beach
*Bathroom contains a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet
*Internal laundry with washing machine
*Wifi now provided
All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. You will need to bring you own beach towels.
STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking allowed.
