Simple, clean cottage as advertised. Came into Bentonville and only had bikes for transportation. The garage was perfect to store them at night and the place is literally a block off of the square making for easy access to everything you need.

Perfect sized house for a family of four, and a block away from downtown Bentonville. It's a short ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system, and has a garage for bike storage.

A very clean, comfortable home. Easy ride to the start of Slaughter Pen trails and a garage to store your bikes overnight. Steps away from great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. The home is located just a couple of blocks from the square and is very clean and spacious. We were expecting a much smaller home from the pics and we were very pleasantly surprised with a lot of room to spread out. Overall it’s a great choice.

Cool, updated house close to downtown! You can walk to the square and bike to the trails right out of the house! The house was clean and very spacious feeling for a two bedroom. Also has a garage for bike storage. Will stay here again!

This is a very clean and comfortable rental property. It is close to Crystal Bridges and all of the downtown activities. We will definitely look at this property on our next trip to Bentonville.
