Great get away

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the cabin! The peaceful creek, cozy fire pit, and fun games made it a perfect getaway. The cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed the experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely MAGICAL!!!!

To say our family reunion at “Cabin by the Creek” was incredible is an understatement. The hosts thought of everything when it came to the beautiful and well-appointed cabin. The location was perfect for several day trips as well as just hanging out. The kids fished and caught some trout, napped in hammocks and spent time exploring the beautiful property. We’re already planning the next reunion at this amazing location!!!

Fun for All

Staying at cabin by the creek was an amazing long weekend from the minute we arrived. The property manager thought of everything! The communication before and during the say was fantastic, the little details like having sticks to help start the fire, photo book and instructions to the grocery store were appreciated! The house was beautiful (my husband would like to hire you to decorate) and the yard was more than we imagined. When you top it all off with a game room-perfect vacation spot!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. We are an active family of five. The cabin and its grounds kept us entertained the entire week. We thoroughly enjoyed the creek, fire pit, and large grassy area for all kinds of games. The porch was wonderful in the mornings for enjoying coffee. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly desire. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped. The communication with host was great! Access to the property was seamless. We've done VRBO all over the country and I just cant say enough about this home. It was the first time at a location we didnt feel the need to get out and explore. The home was just that accommodating!

Love the creek & house!

We had 2 9 yrs olds and an 8 yr old, they were in the creek playing all day - every day. It was phenomenal! I love that you can walk out onto the porch and immediately hear the creek running, it was so serene. As for the house - We have zero complaints! The host had everything we could have needed. I even used her crockpot to make chili. There were trash bags to use, dish soap, clean linens and adequate beds for all of us. Our host was very receptive and responsive, if we had various questions.

Cabin By The Creek

Cabin life is definitely for me! I love this place!! Clean, cozy and absolutely beautiful! Built a fire outside, sat by the creek and just enjoyed the sights and sounds! Plenty of things to do, inside and out! The "Bear Den" on the bottom floor is very cool and great for game night! Card table, XBOX, throwback Pac Man, Asteroid games, darts, TV and plenty of other games (also great for teenagers)! Den has a fold out couch and a full bathroom! Only stayed a few nights, but was able to hike a couple of trails, hit the casino and get a few delicious meals. It's absolutely beautiful and can't wait to come back in the summer! Would love to bring my children and grandchildren!

Cabin by the Creek Review

Cabin by the Creek provided the perfect escape for our family to escape from our busy lives, tucked away in the NC mountains, surrounded by natural beauty. The property is surrounded by a trickling creek that provides an ambiance like no other. We enjoyed having a bonfire, axe throwing, gem mining in the creek, playing endless retro arcade games in the 'Bear Den', and the yard has plenty of room for outdoor games! We highly recommend a trip to this gorgeous retreat in Murphy, NC. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Murphy and exploring Cherokee Lake park and dam close by. The interior is newly renovated and has all the accommodations you're looking for, if you choose to hang out inside. ;)We look forward to coming back in the summer time and experienceing all four seasons at Cabin by the Creek! We hope you have as much fun and relaxation as we did!
