At the moment our prices are hugely discounted because the access to the Sea is closed due to repair work which will last for a longer period. With wonderful beaches just a short drive by car or bus away you are still getting a wonderful place with fantastic amenities.

The apartment is in a private residential neighborhood at the steep coast. It has a picturesque overview of the peninsula with view on world-famous Portofino. This view is by far more spectacular than the other way around. When you visit Portofino you'll know what I mean.

Inside the apartment you find everything you require. No need to bring linen or towels. We provide it all. And the comfort goes on: Huge windows allow a great view of the ocean and coast. The shutters on the sea side are electric and so are the sun shades.

As a good night's sleep is one of the most important things on a vacation, we equip you with first class beds, pillows and blankets. The goal is to provide you with a place that offers everything you expect from home and even more but minimizes what you have to do, including the clean up at the end.

Relax, enjoy, it's all inclusive means that we have no hidden costs or charges. We even renounce passing on the local tourist tax to you.

We used this apartment and all it's great advantages for many years now and decided to give other people the possibility to share this unique experience. When we go on vacation we have high standards of what we expect. Yes, this apartment has it's price, but you get much more for it than at all the other places comparable to our place. Functionality is the Italian standard; the usual place has the pure basics of what you need to barely get through your stay. You'll choose to spend much time outside of your accommodation. At our place on the contrary you will feel so comfortable, that it's hard to do activities outside. Rainy days? Not a problem if you're staying at our place.

All equipment in the apartment is state-of-the-art. Fully-automatic dish-washer, spinner-washer (washing machine with included tumble dryer), electric oven and a 3D-TV with 3D-Blue Ray Player. In the bedrooms, you find plenty of space for all your clothing. The bathroom provides everything you need. Imagine the interior of our apartment being as great as in a hotel suite, but with extras you will not find in any hotel room. Enjoy the beautiful landscape sitting on the balcony, or on the flat roof-deck which is accessible through a staircase outside of the apartment. The balcony has been remodeled in Spring 2023 with anti-slip tiles.

Also all of our kitchen equipment is of high quality and as easy, functional and comfortable to use as possible. The mixer is cordless and able to even make crushed ice in case you want to enjoy the sunset with a nice cocktail in your hand. From the electric oven to the 4 field gas stove to the high quality fully automatic dish washer it is all there. It would be easier to tell you what we don't have. Ice cream scoop? Yes, we got that. Fish knife and fork? You bet we also got that. And when we say we got something, then it is high quality and easy on the eyes. You want to cook like people in Liguria do? No problem because we provide a cook book with genuine recipes.

You want to have a BBQ home-style? Fire up the premium gas grill and help yourself to some Mediterranean herbs which grow in our little garden. We planted lots of flowers and some trees to give you a nice look to the other side of the property, too. On the hillside the apartment is faced by another little garden of our neighbours with Olive trees and cacti.

We also want you to feel safe during your stay. The entrance to the residential area is under video surveillance and the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. Security personal will help to keep the private apartment complex safe. We are pretty sure that you won't need those things but it sure makes you feel better that they are there just in case. Another small but important fact is that all the electrical wires and fuses are up to date and provide the most safety you can expect which is not standard in Italy.

This part of Italy is very beautiful during all seasons of the year and in case it gets a little more chilly our apartment has an air conditioner in both bedrooms and one in the living room. In summer it cools and if it is cold it can heat. In the bathroom is a separate heater and there is a lovely fireplace that runs with ethanol in the living room. All of this allows you to spend a wonderful time in autumn, winter or spring. Use the apartment to make trips to surrounding famous cities like Genoa, Florence or go hiking in Cinque Terre or on the Portofino peninsula at those seasons when there are little other tourists. During Christmas season all towns have beautiful Christmas street lights and all year long there are different holidays and seasonal food specialties.

The beaches along the coast where our apartment is located belong to the cleanest ones of the Mediterranean Sea and the water quality is high. We also welcome you with a little food package containing some local specialties so you do not have to go shopping for food on the day you arrive. And like it's been written before we provide you with all insider information about the region. Where to shop for food, where to get the best ice-cream and coffee, we also have lots of hiking maps and official tourist guides and information saving you that trip to the tourist information as well. If you are lucky you can see dolphins by boat or even -if you are especially lucky- from shore all year long.

And there is more good news: We reinvest the money you pay in the apartment. So every time you come there's a good chance that it has become even better, more luxurious and provides more comfort to you. This place means a lot to us and we want you to catch the spirit of this amazing location. We really try to make your stay in Italy unforgettable and enjoy every second of it. Knowing how important it is to preserve what is good we provide environment friendly products (detergent, softener) and only buy equipment which uses a minimum of resources (electricity, gas and especially water).

A good service is very important to us so if you inquire for our property you'll usually receive an answer in a short time. Please also check your spam mail because it happened in several cases that our answers ended up there. And last but not least: We really try to keep our information up to date and hope we didn´t miss anything and the updates worked. If there should be a mishap please forgive us. In most cases it is a new feature we missed to add.
