A real gem

Beautiful place to stay in Yorkton. Well appointed, clean, bright, and great value. Beds and sheets were superb, modern furnishings made it feel even more welcoming, and the host was awesome to work with! Would give ten stars if I could!

Comfort indeed

I enjoyed a little getaway here. The deck right off from the kitchen was so nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for just waking up and going for a stroll downtown to shop. It was a very comfortable stay. I could hear some people in the basement through the vents, but only at times.

We are 4 adults who needed a place to stay in Yorkton for 2 nights. Corey’s place is centrally located and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were clean and comfy and the area is quiet. We did have a couple questions, Corey was quick to respond each time. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Corey.

Soundproofing could be better...could hear people talking in downstairs suite. Washer in kitchen/doors not closing is awkward. Shower while clean was very rusty.

Why they chose this property

This is an ideal location for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action, yet still far enough away for peace and quiet. Tapps Restaurant, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, DQ, Fast Gas and public library.

What makes this property unique

This is the main floor on a bungalow style home built in the 1960 but don't be fooled as this space has been completely renovated and modern like todays new homes. There are two deck one of the front and a large deck off the back that leads to a maintenance free backyard.
