This Newly Renovated Villa in Paradise has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing, nautical themed home away from home. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms situated at the L end of Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon. Peaceful and oh so inviting, it's like floating on the water with an incredible Gulf view. Living up to name by offering unobstructed views of the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf from 2 Outdoor Decks, one off the Master Bedroom from the second floor and another just off the living room area from the 1st floor. Packed with a Gourmet Kitchen including a Wine Cooler this kitchen is like no other at Indigo Reef. Simply Gorgeous! For those who enjoy cooking or enjoy a meal or two with many fantastic restaurants nearby. With plenty of space for your family this home embodies comfort and convenience while exuding luxury.




An assigned slip space for a boat up to 31' (length overall) is included with this rental home. A public launch ramp is open 24/7 at Mile Marker 54, which is only one mile north from Indigo Reef. $25 Launch/$25 Retrieval fee applies. Trailer parking is available at Moose Lodge, just outside the gated entrance to Indigo Reef ($20.00/night, reservation required).

Sun and Fun

The view from this condo was just fantastic. It had a balcony with great furniture, too. We were very pleased with the amenities of the condo and grounds. The only complaint we have is the kitchen utinsels, plates, and glasses were worn out. The plates were scratched so badly that it was not very appetizing. We entertained five friends and we didn’t have enough plates for 7 people. We only had 6 wine glasses and a couple water glasses. Other than that, we highly recommend the condo.

Could be the best condo at Indigo Reef but disappointing

This condo has a great view of the Gulf and we enjoyed it very much. However, in general we were very uncomfortable. The furniture is in dire need of replacement. The sofa bed does not work and the couch is un-useable despite the manager's effort to have it repaired during our stay. Table legs on chairs were loose. Beds were flimsy and uncomfortable. A headboard fell on my daughter at one point. The condo was filled with overpowering air fresheners to cover a musty smell. The kitchen while pretty had very little to work with in it. The pool was lovely and it's a nice location. The setting is lovely. However, we would not stay here again unless the furniture is replaced.

The condo was great! It was really spacious. The kitchen was super big with lots of storage. The patios overlooking the water were lovely. We spent a lot of time there!

The place was great and loved the location!

Everything was great. Stayed for Thanksgiving week and the place was well stocked with utensils. The mosquitoes were really bad so be sure to pack bug spray!
