The owner has done a complete remodel, making this condo the one to beat in all of Shoreline Towers, leaving no expense spared. The living room has a huge flat screen HDTV with quality surround sound, as well as a wrap around leather sofa that's so comfortable you'll wish you could take it home with you. The kitchen has undergone a complete overhaul like the rest of the condo, and the wood work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops are guaranteed to impress. The master bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, balcony access, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The private master bathroom has a large vanity area to get ready for the beach in ease. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, allowing the condo to sleep a total of 6 people, and also offers a great view of the Gulf. The balcony stems off the living room and has nice seating, allowing you to soak in those Destin sunsets. This condo also comes with a Washer/ Dryer so you can pack light. Great space with all the amenities one could need. The views of the water from the balcony were spectacular. The only complaint, which has nothing to do with the condo itself, is that the umbrellas and chairs are set up so closely on the beach that it is hard to navigate your way through them if you aren't placed on the 1st row. You have to almost climb under someone else's umbrella set up to get through.

Perfect Getaway

Out stay was perfect. It was easy to get into our unit and carts were provide to make hauling our stuff easy. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quick to get to the beach! Would definitely recommend!

The only issue I had was I had a very special item of clothing that was accidentally left. I immediately messaged the host, which was not a person, it's an office, to ask them to please get with the cleaner to see if I could get it back. All they kept saying to me is if anything is turned into the lost and found they'll contact me. I even offered a reward to have it returned. I believe it was an issue where they did not want to take the one additional step to contact the cleaning crew. There was absolutely no issue with home it was wonderful! Also, no issue with the owners. My only issue is them employing a company to oversee their property who doesn't seem to want to be bothered.

The condo is right on the beach with the balcony overlooking the water! Plenty of parking on site and gated community for extra security. It waa very easy to communicate to the property managers and they were very thourough and helpful. Condo was clean and very comfortable! We will be returning to 1052 very soon!

Clean, quiet. Did have an issue with beach chairs. Had us too close to others. No room to even walk between umbrellas. Could not play our music because we felt it might bother someone.
