IT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED, WITH A FULL KITCHEN RENOVATION, PLUS NEW TOILET/VANITY IN THE BATHROOM, NEW MAKEUP VANITY IN THE BEDROOM AND ALL NEW PAINT AND CROWN MOLDING.
