Christmas family vacation

We had a nice stay in this condo. It was equipped with all the basics and the location was perfect for our needs. Restaurants were close and tourist attractions were as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Weeks in Sunny Tucson

Our apartment was just perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. The hostess was very helpful. I like to walk and felt very safe walking here.

Great location and wonderful host

Rental was very well located. I had easy access to the Huckleberry Loop for cycling. Many good restaurants, grocery stores and other stores located close by. Hiking and golf courses are also in very close proximity to this rental property.Inna and her husband are courteous and attentive hosts. Any messages were met with quick responses and any requests were quickly fulfilled. The unit was clean, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Myself and my visiting friends thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Challenging cirumstances, but good support from host

We had some challenges with our stay here. The main challenge was with the vrbo system. We were able to book the location, but the host was not notified, so when we arrived we had not received any checknin instructions, and it ended up being very late by the time we were able to connect with the host. That being said, once we were able to contact the host they were helpful and accomodating. The second challenge we had was that for what ever reason the a/c was not working in the unit. Being quite warm, we ended up abandoning the unit and checking into a hotel for the night. The host was very helpful, and offered for us to switch to a second property they had, however, by then we had already made other arrangements. We were refunded the night we stayed, but not the rest of the booked nights.Overall, it was not the best experience, but at no fault to the host. Things just happen sometimes.
