This unit offers high-quality furnishings creating a tropical atmosphere sure to please everyone. The balcony overlooking the marina is an excellent location to watch the sunrise in solitude while you prepare yourself for a day of adventure and the oversized tub in the Master Bathroom is sure to provide for a relaxing evening afterwards. This townhome offers a spacious living and dining area, screened patio, and fully-equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom has another fantastic screened patio area to simply lounge and enjoy the ocean breeze.




No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Additional costs apply.

Key Largo

Furnishings really need to be updated, even area rug was really worn, stains on blankets on bed, sunken bath tub in master bathroom was a safety hazard for the younger kids and adults. A mistep could create a very bad fall into the tub. Ice maker and TV in master bedroom were broken. Ice maker repaired next day and TV replaced in three days. Facilities at resort were nice. Location was great.

Key Largo

Our family enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. The place was ready for our arrival. Extra attention to the floor cleanliness should be addressed. Lots of dust under the beds. Living room floor could have been washed better. The main bathroom toilet seat was loose. However the place was great.The grandchildren loved the walk in pool.

Middle of the road

Really loved the property and location. However when we checked in 2 of the 3 toilets had the seat and cover not connected leaving us with 1 toilet which was inside a bedroom for all of us. I contacted the property on the first day, the 2nd day I contacted the property again and also the owner. The toilets did not get fixed until late in the afternoon on day 3 and we checked out early morning on day 4. This should of been fixed day 1 but it appears my party were the only ones concerned about this.

Peaceful stay in Key Largo

We (3 adults & 2 children (aged 15 & 12)) stayed for 5 nights and had a great time - we didn't want to leave! The resort is lovely and peaceful, there were hardly any other people staying there when we visited in October, the pools were great (although not that warm), watching sunrise from the pier was beautiful - and one of our party was lucky enough to see a manatee in the marina. The villa is generally well equipped and comfortable (v comfortable master bed) with good showers. Plenty of room for our family. The supplied tennis, basketball & pickle ball equipment was much enjoyed. The on site games room was a hit with my younger son - we played many games of table tennis! It's a good location, easy to find off the highway and within easy access of many local attractions. A couple of minor points - the BBQ didn't work which was a bit disappointing and there was a water leak from one of the bathrooms. The property manager was available in the evening when I had to contact about the leak although it wasn't able to be resolved before we left. Also the open stairs down to the villa entrance from the living area could be a hazard for small children (it was fine for us with older children).
