This is my primary residence, and I have a lot of personal belongings here, so I'm looking for a responsible, respectful guest.

It is a spacious one-bedroom condo 7 minute walk to patterson skytrain and about a 20 minute ride to downtown Vancouver.

Other guest is a quiet respecful asian male in his 30's and only cooks, uses the washroom, and sleeps early. He does not use the living space whatsoever.
