- Kitchen equipped with appliances pots & pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender.
- Dining Room with a capacity of 6 members.

**Guest Access:**
Before booking, please note:
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire main level, with a private entrance. The Kitchen, Bathrooms and Backyard are fully private and not shared.
- The basement is NOT included and is rented separately to a quiet couple with their own entrance.

- No cleaning tasks are assigned to guests upon checkout.
- To ensure safety, guests must adhere to the following rules:
