We are a couple who love travelling around Tasmania and Australia. We enjoy renovating and have built two brand new houses, one of which is "Little Gem".
We both love to cook and garden but with working full time and raising three teenagers, this is not always easy to achieve. We are passionate about good architecture and sustainable living and pride ourselves on providing our guests with a feeling of complete comfort along with style.

Why they chose this property

Norwood is a lovely quiet suburb of Launceston, which is situated in the North of Tasmania. We love living in this area as it is close to both the city and the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Our property is designed by an architect in Melbourne, who also designed our beach house. While the property only has one bedroom, it has all the mod cons of a large home, such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV, office space, full kitchen with integrated fridge, dishwasher and pantry, lush soft wool carpet, wardrobes to unpack while you stay and laundry and bathroom facilities, that include under floor heating for those chilly winter mornings.
