South Bay Waterfront Getaway lived up to all expectations. Although we were a group of 4 retirees, it was set up beautifully for families with kids. Everything was just as pictured on the website. The house was clean and very well organized with everything we needed for our stay. Welcome book gave instructions for using TV and other appliances and hooking up to the internet (which worked great!); as well as giving suggestions for nearby stores, restaurants and attractions. Outdoor amenities were in excellent condition with instructions for use (hot tub, kayaks, canoe, firepit). Rainy day activities were also covered with a large assortment of games for all ages. Indoor and outdoor seating/table arrangements were plentiful. Quiet surroundings made for an enjoyable stay, and owner was easily contacted with any questions. Car parking in the front was easy to use and roomy. The view of the lake from both the house and back yard was superb! Great getaway for us!
