The Space:
Rest easy in the contemporary furnished and spacious home, featuring a king-size bed and two queen-size beds, complemented by two pristine bathrooms.

The king size bed in the master bedroom is cocooned in the middle of the house creating a sanctuary of quiet and calm with a beautifully appointed private ensuite.

The second bathroom adequately caters to the two additional queen sized bedrooms which have been individually styled reflecting our homes personality and charm.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere tailored to your preference. Our well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation feel effortless and enjoyable. Leading out through French doors to a sun filled conservatory, inviting the possibilities of a late brunch with coffee and friends or refreshments at sunset.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and find your focus at the dedicated study desk, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.

The large deck with the scent of Jasmine and native frangipani in summer is the perfect spot to set your intentions for the day. Enjoy the feeling of grass under your feet and room to breathe in your own private backyard.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded. More information about this is provided after booking, but please also reach out to our team for more information.

Beautiful property. Shame about the book in process
The property itself was beautifully appointed. The booking process was dreadful. On booking I was sent a link to add in details which gave an error message. I wrote to them three times to advise and got no response. Details about the address and how to get into the property are only sent 2 hours beforehand. Even then I had to ring them to say I hadn't received the code. When I finally got through to them I was advised that my deposit hadn't worked. (This could have been fixed days beforehand.) They then sent through a link to a web site that didn't have proper information about getting into the property. Focus was on check out. They tell you to go to the back garage. The boxes for the keys are at the front. So we had to drive down a narrow driveway and park in a space with no turning room and a big pole taking up the turning point. My car got damaged. I ended up parking out the front all night risking a fine. The code they provided didn't work we had to get it resent. The garage keys were actually left in the kitchen because one of the key boxes couldn't be opened at all. They didn't say the property was split level in places. (Mobility Issues) They sent an email at 9.am next morning to see if we got in ok. (too late for a one night stay.) Focus was on getting fined for not doing everything on the extensive check out list. I had to email to advise as I hadn't received the proper check out link. Again no response. So Lovely but Disappointing.
