The bright, open-plan living area features air conditioning and flows seamlessly into the covered outdoor entertaining space. Unwind in the spacious lounge with a brand-new 65” Smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun.

The stylish kitchen includes a fantastic breakfast bar that opens directly to the outdoor patio, ideal for serving morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor oasis:
* A newly landscaped front yard with a cozy fire pit and seating for magical evenings under the stars.
* A Vuly kids’ swing set with basketball hoops and monkey bars on soft Astroturf to keep the little ones entertained for hours.
* A large BBQ and an outdoor dining table under warm festoon lighting, perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

Bedroom Comforts:
* Master Bedroom: King bed, air conditioning, and a new ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a ceiling fan.

For your convenience, the home is fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire property. The only exception is a locked storage space in the carport. Thank you for respecting our property.

* This is a strictly non-smoking property.

* Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.

If you would like to use the fire pit, timber is available for purchase from any local service station. Please ensure the area is left clean and the cover is put back on after use.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all rubbish and place in correct wheel bin, put on street (Sundays PM) Green - Organics Only Yellow - Recycle Red - General
Please turn off all electrics including lights and especially the air-conditioning. Thank you for your kind consideration.
Place the keys back into the Key Safe box - Code 6789 then move the numbers to set a different code to ensure it is locked. Thank you again.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No parties, weddings, group events/functions - No pets - Noise to a minimum after 8pm please - Guest access only (max 8) - Non-Smoking property
Please do not pour hot oil or deep-fried fats down the kitchen sink or any drain, including toilet, place cooled oil in caddy bin for the Green bin.
