Had a really great stay Very comfortable and just what we needed for a couple of days stay . Communication with Greg our host was really good . Answered all of our questions promptly . Would recommend and would stay again . Thank you
The location was great for us as my daughter was within walking distance close to Westfield and cafes etc . Communication was good with clear instructions . Nice base for a couple of days . 6 nights for us we found it a little too small and noisy ! Workmen 6am in flats opposite (which I guess is poor timing ) and noisy neighbours slamming doors etc . The flat itself was well equipped although we didn’t really use the cooker or dishwasher Unfortunately we found the cleanliness disappointing its very dusty and also on the ceilings and needs a freshen up bits of rust dropping off the air con unit , also very limited space to store clothes for two people and little things like a bin in the bathroom? . One towel each for almost a weeks stay these are small issues that if addressed it would have got 5

Just a couple of clarifications
- it’s a studio apartment which is what you knew when you made the booking. So storage is limited unfortunately. There’s a built in with a hanging rail and there are 4 x drawers for clothes. So that’s pretty good for a studio.
- we have professional cleaners clean the studio after each guest as required. They provide a report with photos after each clean. From the report and photos there was no dust.
- the cleaners also provide the linen service including the towels, and this is limited to one towel per guest. If we could provide more we would. It’s sort of understood that short term stays require you to do your own laundry. There’s a common laundry in the building you can use each day.
- most of the time residents are annoyed with short term guests due to noise etc. Sometimes it’s the residents. That’s what can happen when you book a studio in a popular location as this one in Bondi Junction.
Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Alles drin, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Am besten hat uns die zentrale Lage am Bondi Junction gefallen.
