Vue sur la mer magnifique

Arrivée à l'adresse sans problème, parking facile et une belle vue sur la mer du balcon de la location. Sentier du GR34 et accès plage tout près avec un beau panorama à quelques minutes sur le petit mont. Restaurants et commerces du port du Crouesty à proximité, château de Suscinio et golfe du Morbihan toujours aussi beau. Lon fils et moi sommes ravis du séjour et de la location.

Séjour tranquille à Arzon

Appartement bien situé à quelques pas de la plage et du port du Crouesty. Petit plus tout récent, la piscine de la résidence a été réhabilitée, il est donc possible d'en profiter. Paysages magnifiques, le golfe du Morbihan est vraiment à découvrir à pied, en vélo et en bateau !

Emplacement top!

Le studio est idéalement situé proche de tout: plage, chemins aménagés pour se balader, club de voile, poneyclub... Les enfants peuvent jouer sur la pelouse en bas avec les enfants des autres appartements. Pas de place de parking attitrée mais on en a trouvé une à chaque fois. Studio un peu juste pour une famille avec 2 enfants si vous aimez l'espace, mais fonctionnel. Si vous cherchez un logement avec accès à la mer sans voiture à un prix raisonnable n'hésitez pas!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 4 ( 2 enfants et 2 adultes) dans ce studio. Nous avon pu profiter de son balcon ensoleillé et de la superbe vue. Nous ne manquerons pas d y revenir si l occasion se présente. La propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeante. Sinon le studio est bien situé, le port et les commerces sont à 100 mètres et à partir du studio vous pouvez rejoindre les chemins de randonnée qui sont à proximité. Je vous recommande cette location.

Von der Lage, vom Ort, ein Traum. Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Spülmaschine defekt, kein kontinuierliches W-lan. Ein bemühter Vermieter, erst auf Nachfrage Pool und W-lan möglich. Mit Abstrichen, ein wunderschöner Platz, wenn man Kinder liebt und das Meer rauschen hören mag.

Habituée à cette résidence depuis plusieurs années, j'y ai trouvé dans cette location un appartement super agréable,tant pour son emplacement que pour ses équipements, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Mer, piscine, environnement, tout est très appréciable et les enfants s'y plaisent beaucoup ; sans oublier le club de voile à proximité qui permet de profiter pleinement de la baie. C'était la 2ème fois que je louais cet appartement, et pas la dernière certainement. A recommander!

Appartement pas recommandable

Appartement petit pour une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes. Propriétaire absent contrairement à ce que disent les commentaires.Le balcon était bruyant étant donné que les autres appartements sont mitoyens. Nous avons nettoyé l'appartement avant de partir. La propriétaire nous a reproché de n'avoir pas fait le ménage, c'est un comble. Frais de ménage retirés de la caution. Je nous vous recommande pas cet appartement!!!!!
