Welcome to "Lucky Charm," an exceptional coastal cottage, located on Fairweather Lane, steps to the beach! This charming property offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience, providing an idyllic setting for enjoying the beach lifestyle and creating lasting memories.

As you approach "Lucky Charm," you'll be greeted by its delightful coastal decor and newly decorated and renovated interior. This cottage offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and embrace the serene ambiance that characterizes the area.

The open floor plan includes a living area, kitchen and dining, all perfect for a small family or a couple looking to get away and escape to the beach!

"Lucky Charm" offers 2 bedrooms, 1 on each side of the duplex, each designed to provide a peaceful retreat for residents and guests.

The two sides are identical, but side 1, closest to the beach has a set of bunkbeds at the end of the house so the parents can enjoy a peaceful quiet evening catching up in the living room.

Situated on Fairweather Lane, "Lucky Charm" enjoys a fantastic location in Fort Myers Beach, providing easy access to the best the area has to offer. Explore the nearby pristine beaches, take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, or partake in the vibrant local dining and entertainment options.
No interior connection between the two sides. An added bonus, if you have a larger group, the 3 bedroom home next door, Island Charm is also available, steps away and has its own private pool that can be used if both homes are rented by the same party. The Diamond Head Resort is currently offering a 20.00 per day daily pool pass to use. Offer subject to change and is up to Diamond Head Resort to honor.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
