Just a 5-minute walk to the main beach and a 1-minute ride to the bike park, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy all Kaiteriteri has to offer.
The Space
After parking in the dedicated carpark, grab your key from the lockbox and step into a functional, well-stocked studio featuring:
Queen bed with comfy seating for two
Kitchenette with plug-in hot plates, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer
Bathroom with modern vanity and toilet
Outdoor shower just outside the front door – perfect for warm summer days (may be brisk in winter!)
Outside, the deck area includes a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and partial water views – ideal for a morning coffee or evening unwind.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio. There is a house on the same property with separate access and no shared facilities.

Everything as described, no problem with the place. Communication with the host is excellent. I put 4 starts just because the place itself is very basic and cannot be evaluated to more than that. This is a good stay for unpretentious lone traveler or a couple.
