Little Kaiteriteri - Elevated Sea Views

Lovely, relaxed bach living in this Lockwood home with wonderful views of the ocean and just a short 3 minute walk to the beautiful golden sands of Little Kaiteriteri Beach. Very comfortable with an open plan layout, great toddler-safe decks to enjoy the views and sun, throw open the many sliding doors in summer and be cosy with the fire in winter.

Now with new bathroom and second toilet.

Close to the Mountain Bike Park and only a 10 minute walk to the shop, restaurants and activities. Abel Tasman National Park is just a short boat ride away. A 20 minute drive to the supermarket in Motueka

Wonderful location with breathtaking views

This is a lovely property with stunning views of the ocean and two small offshore islands. It's a short walk to the beach, which was lovely golden sand. The check in process was very easy and our host communicated well. One thing that I failed to notice in the listing was the fact that there was no internet. This made researching our activities and communicating with family and work back home challenging. This wasn't the host's fault, it was my own for not reading the listing carefully. Overall we had a lovely time and especially enjoyed the view.

Great sunrise views. Lockwood House that creaks occasionally, though it’s part of its charm. Brilliant to have 2 toilets, very useful with our group of 6. Very enjoyable stay

Great views, large layout for kitchen dining lounge. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Quiet Neighbourhood. Its a Lockwood home - very creaky. Some broken items - deck chair & fan. Only 2 bed side lamps available for 3 bedrooms, 2 per bedroom would be great. No draws to store your clothes. Just had to have bags on floor, no bag racks or seats to place your items on. Check in on 1st day was 2pm but cleaner was there until 4pm.

Access to property is a challenge to seniors up to 45 + stairs to back door access to deck.

Keys not available on property by stairs. Using neighbours drive to access deck to keys. Carpets in bedrooms very worn , bathroom water pressure very low, Suggestion to pour a glass of wine and enjoy the view did mot cut it.

Typical NZ bach in a great spot

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Little Kaiteriteri is the perfect spot to explore the area and the bach is comfortable and has very nice views. Would come back again.
