This newly constructed luxury villa, overlooking a serene lake and a mere 100m from the river's edge with spectacular views of the Murray River, offering three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open-plan living space features a modern kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances. Step outside to an inviting outdoor living area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a 5-burner BBQ and double door bar fridge.


Ideal for large families or two smaller families, two master bedrooms include luxurious ensuites. Additional conveniences include a separate toilet and a third bathroom/laundry.

For your comfort, each bedroom and the living area are equipped with split systems, ensuring the perfect temperature year-round. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy the use of smart TVs throughout.

We had the most wonderful two-night stay. The home was absolutely perfect - beautifully appointed and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was such a generous touch. Having fresh eggs and bacon in the fridge was so appreciated. Waking up to the peaceful outlook amongst the gum trees was just incredibly relaxing. Our hosts were lovely- warm and welcoming and a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks for creating such a beautiful place to stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Great accomodation was enjoyed by a party of 5. Did find oven and microwave were a bit too hi tech for our over 70’s group!! But after “Mr Google” assisted us, we got the hang of them! A lovely peaceful haven enjoyed for a week sharing it with the “ local residents…kangaroos, ducks etc” and outdoor patio was enjoyed by all.

Wonderful Stay!

Our group of six had a wonderful weekend in Echuca-Moama. The entire booking process was smooth and Teaghan was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Everything in the property looks brand new and is so well presented. There is everything you need from comfortable beds to a large dining area to kitchen applicances, utensils and more. It lives up to everything in the listing. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back again in warmer weather. Thank you Teaghan.

GREAT

we celebrated the birthdays of all the guests and were really pleased with our choice of location. The property was extremely well presented and contained all the necessary equipment (glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking implements we really wanted for nothing). The beds were very comfortable, 2 ensuites plus 1 other bathroom was very good. The seating arrangement were extremely good, 4 televisions. Teaghan was available to help us to connect to the free Wi-Fi. We would recommend the accommodation and location to any other group looking for a stand alone property.
