Waipani D13 - Beach is Just Across the Street

- Starting on 2/24/25 screening of 3rd floor soffits will begin and take a total of 4 days to complete all buildings.

- On 2/26/25 Cedar side on building D will be replaced with Hardie board. The building has 4 stacks, and each stack will take 1 week.

Please note that Elliott Beach Rentals charges a 2.5% credit card surcharge if the card used is a credit card. Debit cards do not incur the charge.

Please note that a valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals.

Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25.

Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.

No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

Condo was neat and very clean. Liked the set up of bedrooms on opposite sides, gave feeling of privacy. Walking distance to beach with easy access. Loved the screened in porch and easy drive to many areas of restaurants and shopping. You won't be disappointed in choosing this location.

What a great time I had being down and beautiful South Carolina during the holidays! Lucky to get some beautiful weather for walking on the beach always a plus. The condo is a mini vacation. As soon as you step in you do feel like you’re on the beach having a washer and dryer on site is a wonderful thing, along with the outdoor patio. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated,. Cannot beat being so close to the beach!!! Shopping and great restaurants too….

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this beach condo and we absolutely loved everything about it! The beachy decorations gave it a charming and relaxing vibe, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The condo is incredibly close to the beach, which made our daily trips effortless and enjoyable. One of our favorite spots was the balcony, where we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying the soothing sounds of a gorgeous palm tree right outside. It was exactly what we needed for a perfect vacation. The condo was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the host’s communication was prompt and helpful. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions and restaurants, which added to the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.
