One of the best locations on the swimming side of Blind Bay, this property is a semi lakefront home on Shuswhap Lake. This place has it's own beach area, and a buoy to park a boat! Just down from Finn's restaurant and the public boat launch lays this 2800 ft home. It is well laid out and has recently be updated! The huge deck has amazing views of the lake, and is even more impressive at night looking onto all the lights and serene lake. It is well set up for large family gatherings or a bigger group. There is an oversized, bunk room with separate entrance perfect for a family. There is an additional 3 other spacious bedrooms giving this home lots of space!

Boat rentals, fishing, golf, hiking, dirtbiking, are just a few activities to be named in this area! Come see what the lake life has to offer!

Home away from home

We have been going to the Shuswap for over 20 years, but this was the first time booking with Kristin. We are a family with two married children, and one in University, and we love the water. When we decided to book with Kristin we were open with her of our situation (10 adults 2 children) and what we wanted to do and her place did not disappoint. The house was clean and the elegant furniture made us all feel at home. A newly renovated basement made it easy to have all our adult children be comfortable. The pictures of her deck do not do it justice... it is an amazing place to be with family. Having the fire table to sit around and the big BBQ and large cooking griddle made cooking enjoyable for a family of 12. The communication with Kristin was timely, open and she was always looking to ensure we were comfortable. The only drawbacks was the dishwasher broke down from day one but Kristin accommodated us for that. All in all we were happy and would defiantly come back again.
