Equipped with everything you will need for your stay, mi casa es su casa!

Located close to cafés, salons, restaurants, and shopping plazas, you will be near everything you may need for a fun and relaxing trip. Treat my cozy condo like your own private oasis close to all the beautiful sights that Tulum has to offer.

I speak English, French, and Spanish and can help you find the best beach club or best excursion for your needs. If you need a driver, a boat charter, someone to clean the apartment, or anything else that would benefit your stay, I can help you with that as well. Additionally, I can accommodate more guests in a condo across the hall.

Anita was so welcoming and helpful with planning our vacation! She organized us a driver for the Zamna music festival and answered any questions I had about Tulum. The VRBO was beautiful and clean and it was walking distance to the Tulum center for restaurants and shops. Would love to come back again when in town!

Comfortable and Clean

The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and modern. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Host was responsive, they helped book transportation for us. In Google Maps the location is known as “Akua Reserve” in case you need to tell whoever is driving you to this location.

Beds are AMAZING! Best we've slept in during our month long travels around Mexico. Very comfortable home away from home. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful neighborhood convenient to town and lovely enough to enjoy the neighborhjod. Our host was very responsive, flexible and available to help! Cozy apartment in quiet location

We stayed in Tulum for two weeks in early December. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and we enjoyed the rooftop patio a lot. The location is about ten minutes driving from the centre, not as shown in the description.

Great stay at Anita’s Aldea Zama Condo

My girlfriend and i stayed here from February 9th until February 20th. The place was perfect for us, we enjoyed being able to use all the amenities in the building as well as how friendly the staff were. The king size beds were very comfy and the bathroom was well stocked. They also blow dryer and straightener which made my girlfriends life much easier. The condo is a close walk to multiple food options and the recommendations were great. Centro is somewhat walkable but also a quick taxi that brings you into an amazing area for food and dance. We were very pleased with everything and would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Comfy apartment

I loved walking on the rooftop and dipping in the small cooling pools up there on a warm evening. Apartment was very comfortable and adequate for the two of us. Kitchen had limited work space. I would add a small 36” high work table next to the stove. Kitchen chairs need felt pads on the feet for easy sliding on the tile floor. I tried to purchase these, but could not find them in Tulum! Overall apartment was great and a good value for the pesos.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in Aldea Zama. The apt.is new, very clean and well supplied with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pools are beautiful and the staff is fantastic. They were so willing to help with any problems or questions. There is a fresh market about a 10 minute walk from the apt with a 7/11 just 2 blocks away for essential needs (I.e, water, milk, bread). There are several restaurants within a 10-15 min walk away from the apt. A bike would be very nice to have in the area. Anna was very enjoyable and responsive when we needed her. The Tulum airport (which is also fantastic !) taxi requires the name of the apt before they leave so obtain that from Anna before you leave the airport. Limited cell service after the airport. The only point I wanted to make was on VRBO the map shows this apt close to Tulum Centro however this apt is deep in Aldea Zama, this may be confusing to someone who is not aware of the geography. We had a fabulous time and would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Anna for your letting us use your beautiful home.
