Convenient location for our visit to Monet exhibit

The overall stay was good. Near the things we wanted to visit. Did need more liners for the garbage cans and we were disappointed that we didn't think the gate was right for letting our dogs out in the backyard. But certainly met our needs for this visit.

Dead bugs everywhere, some in the fridge. Sticky kitchen floors. Half washed beds with hair in them. It was just okay.

Was just “ok”

I really would have loved to of given this property 5 stars, especially considering it was a last second booking as the first place i was supposed to stay was a complete disaster. However, this place felt as though it wasn’t quite ready to have guest staying in it. While checking in, maintenance was still there with full access to the property loading in a table and chair for the patio (which was later stolen from the property) along with brining in another tv for another living room (which we could never even get to work). The main living room also featured a tv, that only sometimes worked as the WiFi was very touch and go. The listing says 2 full baths, however the master bath shower would not work..leaving us with one working shower. The hot water took forever to heat up (had to leave it running for at least 15mins before you could use it). The AC also seemed to lack as it was never able to get cooler than about 78 degrees. We did call however and they sent someone over to fix it and it was kept cool enough then. The place has a lot of potential and is very big which was appreciated. Just some minor things need to be adjusted before being rented again.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- Regarding the air conditioning, our maintenance team did their best to stay in contact with you. Unfortunately, due to the Jazz Fest, no A/C technicians were available immediately. We managed to expedite the service at additional costs to ensure the A/C was fixed as quickly as possible.- The chairs were not stolen; they were in another unit. Our team put them back.- We have checked the WiFi and found no ongoing issues; it works correctly.Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
