Wifi Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. The internal access garage is located on the ground floor. Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wharenui Road or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions. Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.
