There are 2 bedrooms superbly appointed for your comfort, a living room to chill in front of a fire on a winter night, and eat-in kitchen. This home has a large backyard that is fenced and gated.

A 2-minute drive to the shops, 4 minutes from UNE, or walk to the station, Rosevale is located on one of Armidale's most prestigious streets.

Subject to availability there is an adjoining flatette at the rear of the main home with a queen-size bed, ensuite, kitchenette and separate living area with sofa-bed.
