We were moved to an upgraded room after spending one night in an inadequate room. At all stages of booking to check in and enquires, the host was responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely stay after being moved. We strongly urge whoever owns Temple Suite 232 to address the rampant mould issue on the ceiling to address the issue as the room smelled strongly of it and was unbearable/not healthy to sleep in. Other than that, we are happy with our experience.
