STUDIO LOFT – Optional rental, at an additional cost, fully equipped for 14 people. Sunny with garden views, living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, ample closets, full bathroom; enquire if desired.

4 - SERVICES INCLUDED IN THIS FREE ACCOMMODATION
We provided, upon arrival, liquid hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (6 total), and 1 bottle of dish soap.
BED LINENS AND TOWELS – Please request these when booking; laundry fees will be charged separately.

5 - USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE – Optional for stays longer than 7 days, R$58.00 per night, please request before booking.
The use of the dryer will not be allowed - There are many indoor, outdoor, and sheltered clotheslines.

6- The house contains many closets in all bedrooms and common areas for guest use; a few will be locked and contain household items.

RULES FOR PROPER USE

1 – CONDOMINIUM SECURITY RULES – Send a list with the name and a copy of the photo ID for verification at the entrance, of all guests occupying the property, up to 5 days before check-in.
2 - SOUND EQUIPMENT OR CONVERSATIONS - Maximum volume 60 until 10 PM and 50 after 10 PM.
3 - FURNITURE, UTILITIES, DECORATIONS, ARTS, etc. - a - It is forbidden to move or change them from their place. A fine of R$1,500.00 will be imposed, or more if there is non-compliance and damage.
4 – POOL USE – Prohibited: Going out in swimwear and sitting inside the houses (there are appropriate outdoor sofas and chairs for this purpose), animals in the pool, eating in the pool, and throwing disposable items and leftovers. Cleaning or repair fees will be charged if abusive use is detected in any area of ​​the house.
5 - VEHICLE CIRCULATION IN THE GARDEN AND HOUSE - Any cargo vehicles or vehicles belonging to EXTRA GUESTS are prohibited in any part of the house.
6 - TRASH – Must be taken in plastic bags to the street dustbin. Placed under cover to protect from wildlife. A fee of R$300.00 will be charged after checkout if this rule is not followed.
7 – CLEANING – Serving or cooking utensils in the houses or gourmet area must be left washed and clean after use. A fee of R$ 300.00 will be charged by the platform after checkout for any items left dirty.
8 - Outdoor sofas must be covered with the brown vinyl cover before checkout to protect against wildlife. The guest will be responsible if it is left uncovered and damage occurs.
9 - LOCKED CABINETS OR ROOMS - Access prohibited, fine of R$10.000.00 or more if opened or violated.
