New pictures coming soon!!!** The Memory Maker, a family friendly 3BR, 2BA condo with breath taking, unobstructed views of the Isle of Wight Bay along a deep-water inlet to the Bahia Marina is guaranteed to deliver a truly memorable vacation! Enjoy the full southern exposure while you relax on your expansive 6 ft. x 25 ft. balcony. You will have full access to the dock, finger piers, and your very own boat slip (fits up to 25 ft. foot boat). Cast your line right off the pier or crab along the pilings. Jump on an inflatable and paddle across the deep-water inlet to the expansive sand bar for clamming, water sports, or just drifting aimlessly while soaking up the views and sun.

This light filled unit will accommodate up to 7 adults with a King size bed in BR1, three singles (trundle + platform) in BR 2, and a King size bed in BR 3. The unit boasts 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen boasts all modern conveniences and stocked with everything you would require preparing your Catch of the Day. Living area boasts a wet bar, entertainment center with large Smart TV (with hundreds of free streaming channels), DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Sonos Wireless speaker. The HVAC system is controlled by a SmartThermostat. There are wide sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony from the living area. The Master bedroom (BR1) also boasts sliders out onto the balcony, a Smart TV, and in suite full bathroom. BR2 and BR3 are also equipped with SmartTVs. The condo also has a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience.

This home is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and amusements including Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park. There is one (1) assigned parking space and ample on street parking for visitors.

Our owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. Absolutely no pets!!! This is a non-smoking building and property. No smoking/vaping of ANY SUBSTANCE within 15 feet of the entire building (that includes the balconies)
