Island Spirit

The place was perfect for what we needed it for. We had a bunch of young adults and it was right on the beach and within walking distance to food and rentals. We had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Wonderful!

The house was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A relaxing beach vacation is what we wanted and this little house allowed us to have just that. We will definitely be staying there again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the beach being right out the back door! House was clean, property management was great! My only complaints are the mattresses are like sleeping on a concrete floor, The rent is a little pricey compared to others we have stayed at on the beach (for several hundred less), and our check in time was pushed 2 hours later and check out changed to an hour earlier ( said due to Covid and state mandated guidelines) but over all we enjoyed our stay and management was very responsive.

Wonderful Oleander Dr Cottage

The house is as advertised with plenty of room and views to die for. The fire pit was put to good use and was a pleasant surprise. Leasing agency was great to work with and coordinated with CondoCierge for our grocery delivery. The rooms were very clean and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels for our group. Will definitely refer friends to this property and stay there again.

Beautiful Gulf View

Our reservations were for a month stay but we easily could have stayed a month longer if not for Christmas back home. Everything about this property was great from the Gulf view to the proximity to the beach to Aunna (the maintenance lady). If there were issues, they were handled immediately. What more can I say except that we hope this property is available next year for another month on our favorite beach!!

Great for our family vacation.

We went for my little brothers graduation celebration. There was 9 of us. The house fit us all very nicely. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The walk to the beach was closer than we expected. Our only complaint was that there was no shade on the outdoor porch. It was very hot and sunny all week and when we weren’t at the beach my kids (2 and 4) wanted to be on the porch. We couldn’t enjoy the porch for long during the day because there was nowhere to escape the sun without having to go inside. They did enjoy the sunroom though. Overall, it was a wonderful house with a short walk to the beach.

It’s okay

Love the location! Great views and beaches at your back door. However the house was not very clean. Grease and food spots all over the kitchen and walls. Dust and grim all over all the towel racks and flat surfaces. The blind in the master bedroom was broken as well as the bed frame. I have paid a lot less for homes in the same area and the cleanliness and quality surpassed this home. Plus we were rushed to leave by house keeping ( almost 2 hrs early).

Perfect beach house.

The only thing I wish this house had is....can't think of anything! It is just wonderful. Perfect location. We did a couple of big trips to the grocery store at the beginning of our stay (you know, the original big trip, then the second big trip where you buy all the stuff you forgot the first time around) and never got in the car again until the time we left. We brought our bicycles along. PCB is very bike-friendly. And I walked about eight miles every day. This house is about one mile from the county pier, and about two and a half from the city pier. This was our second time in this house. Last year my elderly parents were with us, and they also loved the place. The only stairs are the ones to the beach. Just three steps I believe. I'm hoping they will be able to join us again next year.

Oleander Drive never disappoints. This house was no exception. Perfect beach house, perfect location. Also a plus, great parking for those of us with bigger vehicles. Property manager was a text a way. We will definitely rent this house again

Family at the beach

It was a good stay for the most part. The weather could have been a bit warmer. The house was nice and clean, however somewhat tired. The first night one of the outer bedrooms took on quite a bit of water. Waking up and planting your feet in a puddle of very cold water is a shock to the system. Management sent someone to vacuum the water up. Windows in the Florida room are weather worn to the point that the plastic frames are so broken and fragile that they can't be opened, and had no screens. Master bath toilet and seat loose, rocking some, and the old wood seats white finish is showing the raw wood in some places. Overall a nice little house that was very clean and ready for guests. It just needs a few things detailed and updated. We enjoyed our stay visiting with local family members that stayed with us at the beach house.

A great cottage

We had a wonderful time at the Outlook. We had a Chesapeake Bay retriever with us. We all loved walking the beach and touring around the strand of communities to the west. What a beautiful setting. The house is cozy, comfortable, and has a great back patio, less than 50 feet from the beach itself. What more could you ask for? I look forward to staying there again. I’d recommend it to anybody.
