When I arrived at this property it was exactly as described by the owner and previous guests who left reviews. It is Clean and Cozy, Simple and Quiet, and the location was perfect for me and my plans in the area. Each day I felt more and more safe and 'at home' there. I would choose this property for future stays.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was pleasant. We were in town to attend a funeral, so it wasn't much of a leisure trip. The location is very close to town (10-15 min at most), but still far enough out you don't hear the noise of town. The restaurant recommendations that were left in the check-in book were also well-received.

The house was very quiet and restful, clean, and easy to get to. We had all we needed there and enjoyed it. Also, centrally located to get to the locations we wanted to enjoy in SW Missouri. The walk from the front door and through the garage to the living space was a little awkward, especially the timing of the motion lighting.

Everything was great. Might need to get decent frying pans. The ones provided are low quality.

Thank you so much for the great review. Appreciate the comment on frying pan quality. We will for sure look at replacement. Sometimes we overlook the less noticeable incidentals, so are grateful for the update. Hope you choose to come back soon. Rose - owner
