• Rental comes with a 12X28 boat slip.
• Washer/dryer in home along with an iron and full-sized ironing board. Additional laundry facilities are accessible on the lower level of the clubhouse, near the pool, for larger loads.
• Please note, the upper level of the club house is not available as part of the rental.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the home upon arrival.
• A pool bracelet is required when in the pool area and will be provided in the home upon arrival.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• An electric grill is provided on the deck for your convenience. Please note that propane and charcoal grills are not permitted.
• This building does not have an elevator. The home is only accessible via stairs.
• For added guest convenience, an umbrella stroller is provided.
